Job Description
• Manage employees and lead day to day responsibilities
• Developing and maintaining sales plan for the branch
• Developing and implementing sales / marketing Plans
• Develpoing and managing vendor and customer relations
• Managing the implementation of the sales strategies and tactics
• Recruiting , hiring and training sales employees
• Oversees the facilities and equipment of the branch office to ensure the branch is always presentable
• Developing and motivating branch employee performance
• Communicate and reinforce the corporate vision at the brach
Requirements
• Requires a thorough knowledge of operational policy and procedure and supervisory skills
• Multitask and have excellent time management skills
• Must be bachelor degree holder.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Branch Manager Position
• Must have high competent in MS Excel and Sales analysis.
• Strong communication skills, presentation skill, interpersonal skill, problem-solving skill.
