Lead and perform advanced maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of complex technical equipment and systems Must be proficient in maintenance of consumer electronics (Solar) Maintain detailed records of service activities, generate comprehensive reports Arrange, Organize and lead technician monitor, guidance and training programs Manage and coordinate solar projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Supervise the projects team of solar technicians is working on Daily review the work of solar installation team of solar technicians

Any Bachelor of Degree 5 years and above experience in related field Proficient in Computer (Excel, Word, Internet & Email) Strong technical knowledge skills Excellent leadership and decision making skills Motivated, Team player, Passion for renewable energy and solar solutions
