*Key Responsibilities:*
• Develop and manage a 3–6 month digital content calendar for both Automotive Service Center and Car Detailing Center, aligned with launch campaigns and ongoing service packages.
• Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads) targeting car owners in Yangon, focusing on service leads, detailing bookings, and parts sales.
• Brief designers and videographers on visuals and copy for social media, landing pages, and promo materials (Burmese + English).
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for cost per lead (CPL), ROAS, and service center footfall, reporting weekly to the Brand Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to ensure social media content is aligned with campaign themes and that leads are properly tracked and handed over to sales/service.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in automotive, retail, or service based businesses.
• Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior in Myanmar (heavy Facebook/YouTube usage, data driven mobile behavior).
• Ability to think strategically but also execute hands on (no “only planning” profile).
• Fluent in English and Burmese (written and verbal).
• Experience with automotive or service center marketing is a plus.
