Senior Accountant

• Oversee the full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory) • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Lead month-end and year-end closing activities • Manage accounting system and ensure data accuracy • Implement internal controls and support audit processes • Coordinate with Internal auditors and Management • Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis • Support management reporting and strategic decisions • Supervise and coach junior accounting staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role (preferably in Retail sector). • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. • Experience in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
