Must have at least 8 years of experience in Sale & Marketing , Including a minimum of 2 years in an Executive – level position. 3. Must have a Diploma or Certificate in Sale & Marketing Management , Customer Service , Selling skills. 4. Able to challenge sales target, sales plan and promotion plan 5. Able to handle B to B sector/ all B to C way / Modern Trade sector 6. Good customer service and communication skills 7. Good motivational skills to team member 8. Good leadership and management skills 9. Strong decision making and teamwork to get better results 10. Able to manage CRM/ Reporting / Problem Solving Skill / Time Management Skill 11. Driving with valid license 12. English 4 skills (Intermediate level) 13. Must have the sales experience of quality products or Premium Brand 14. More preferable of experience in automotive sector
