
Job Description
1. Direct Sales Execution and Customer Acquisition
• Execute the defined high-touch sales process to acquire new enterprise clients within the target sectors (Manufacturing, Distribution, and Enterprise).
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and discovery through negotiation and contract signing.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, clearly articulating the business value and Return on Investment (ROI) of our software solutions to prospective clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly revenue targets (quotas).
2. Client Relationship and Account Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact during the sales process.
• Understand client organizational structures, business challenges, and strategic objectives to position our software as the optimal solution.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to strategize on complex accounts and ensure the entire sales execution aligns with the overall GTM strategy.
3. Pipeline Management and Reporting
• Rigorously manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring all activities, communications, and deal stages are accurately logged and forecasted.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and activity updates to the Sales Manager.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to follow up on and qualify leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
4. Product Knowledge and Collaboration
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of all company software products and their unique value propositions in solving enterprise operational pain points.
• Work collaboratively with Product Managers and technical teams to address client technical questions, custom requirements, and ensure a smooth handover for implementation.
• Gather and provide constructive client feedback from the field to the Product Manager to inform product development and improvement.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in direct B2B sales or account management, specifically selling software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and close deals within complex enterprise organizations.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving individual sales targets (quota).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software for pipeline management and daily sales activities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling enterprise software (ERP, HCM, SCM) within the Myanmar market.
• Experience engaging with operational or C-Level stakeholders in the Manufacturing or Distribution sectors.
• A strong network within the local enterprise business community.
