- နေ့စဉ်၊ အပတ်စဉ်၊ လစဉ် Sale Target တွေကို သတ်မှတ်ပြီး Sale Term ကို Drive လုပ်ရန်။ - Distributor/Retail Shop/ Wholesale Channel များညှိနှိုင်းဆက်သွယ်ပြီး order ရရှိစေရန်။ - Sale Perfomance ကို Track 6 Analysis လုပ်ပြီး Improvement Plan တင်ပြရန်။ - Digital Marketing ကိုအသုံးပြုပြီး Online Sales Boost လုပ်ရန်။ - Key Customer များနှင့် Relation တည်ဆောက်ရန်။ - Market Trend, Competitor analysis များကို Report တင်ပြရန် - Customer Complain များကို timely ဖြေရှင်းရန်။ - Sales Report/Stock Management/Market Feedback epic Weekly/Monthley Reprat များကို တင်ပြရန်။

-ဘွဲ့ရဖြစ်ရမည်။ (Marketing/Business Admimistrahion Related Field) Diploma In Sales & Marketing -Sale/Distribution Fieltd တွင် အနည်းဆုံး (2)နှစ် မှ (4)နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။ -Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills -Leadership & Team Management Skills - Excel အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။ -Target Oriented & Result Driven - Achieve, Flexible a Field Work လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။ - Pressure အောက်မှာ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
