💎Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) 💎Above 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with 5 years in regional or zonal leadership roles 💎Strong experience in dealer management and field sales operations 💎Strategic thinking and strong analytical abilities 💎Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills 💎Strong understanding of automotive products and market dynamics 💎Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and MS Office 💎Willingness to travel extensively within the region
