Requirements
• Any Graduated and prefer HRM Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Post Job vacancies on job boards, social media and other channels
• Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with related HODs
• Maintain recruitment databases and prepare reports
• Salary : 6Lakh to 7 Lakh + Attendance Bonus +Yearly Bonus
