R&D Manager (East Dagon)

• Lead R&D for new product and process development aligned with market and operational needs. • Improve existing manufacturing processes for better quality, efficiency, and cost reduction. • Evaluate and implement new raw materials, equipment, or technologies. • Collaborate with production, QA/QC. • Conduct trials, pilot runs, and data analysis for new products and process improvements. • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for R&D projects. • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. • Maintain documentation and reports on experiments, testing, and product specifications.

• Must be graduated B.Sc (Chemistry ) or (IC) • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in R&D roles within a manufacturing environment (Home Care, Juice , Energy Drink , Electrolyte Beverage R& D.) • Experience in process development, product innovation, and manufacturing scale-up. • Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
