
Job Description
Super Seven Stars is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive (Construction) to manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and purchase construction materials, machinery, tools, and services according to project requirements.
* Request quotations, compare prices, and evaluate suppliers based on quality, delivery, and cost.
* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors and suppliers.
* Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.
* Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, and warehouse staff regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.
* Monitor inventory and maintain adequate stock levels for construction activities.
* Track deliveries and ensure materials arrive on time and meet required specifications.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Maintain accurate procurement records and update purchasing reports regularly.
* Support cost-saving initiatives and ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
* Conduct market research to identify reliable suppliers and competitive pricing.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field
* 2–5 years of procurement experience in the construction industry
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems
* Good knowledge of construction materials and suppliers
