Job Description
• Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and company targets.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Monitor product quality to ensure adherence to company standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
• Implement corrective actions when quality issues arise and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify and implement strategies for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.
• Gather and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for innovation.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Food Tech, Industrial Engineering)
• Minimum (2)year of experience in manufacturing environment
• Experience with production planning, resource management, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
