Job Description
- Lead product planning, development, delivery, and marketing throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with global strategy and local market requirements.
- Manage new product launches and product enhancement initiatives.
- Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness using analytics and digital tools.
- Optimize marketing activities based on performance data and market insights.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance marketing processes and reporting.
- Assess market trends, clinical advancements, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide regular competitive updates to management and sales teams.
- Execution product training programs and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and health management stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings with KOLs to gather clinical insights and market feedback.
- Attend and coordinate company presence at trade shows, renal conferences, and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in M.B.B.S.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Experience in product launch management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing analytics tools.
