Job Description
• Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing and purchasing
• Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and confirm orders
• Prepare and track purchase orders and related documentation
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving and inventory updates
• Maintain accurate records of procurement and logistics activities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement or logistics
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
