Job Description
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Grow distribution width in the designated sales area
- Ensure timely and proper execution of sales related activities within the designated territory
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Manage and coordinate Distributor within the assigned location
- Full understanding of distributor business, organizational set-up, knows about financial numbers, budgeting and profitability
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- The retail channel , Wholesales , Modern Trade’s daily sales reports should be viewed and the sales situation reviewed daily
- Can lead, support and changing the team to match the target and revenue achievement.
Requirements
- Any Graduated and Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
- Age between 35 to 45 years.
- At least (7) years’ experience in a managerial capacity.
- Must have experience in the FMCG / Hardware field.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, competitors, customer, and distributor.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned territories, products, services and an existing network of contact.
- Great interpersonal, negotiation and communication skill.
- Time management, team building, and reporting skill.
- Analyze the problem-solving abilities.
