Job Description

Location – South Okkalapa The Job • The person will lead the brand’s presence in the market, with a primary focus on scaling our packaged product line and enhancing brand visibility. While driving marketing strategies and consumer engagement, this role also carries sales responsibilities for key accounts and Horeca partners, ensuring that marketing efforts translate into tangible revenue growth. • This person will lead the junior fellows and report to the marketing manager/general manager. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute marketing plans for our packaged products to differentiate them in the retail and consumer markets. • Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to build a community around our food products. • Oversee the design and messaging of product packaging, brochures, and sales kits to ensure they appeal to both retail consumers and B2B clients. • Conduct regular market visits to track consumer trends, competitor pricing, and shelf-space availability. • Organize and lead product sampling, cooking demonstrations, and trade fair participation to drive brand trial and awareness. • Actively pitch and secure listings for packaged products in supermarkets, mini-marts, and specialty food stores. • Maintain relationships with existing bulk-purchase clients (Horeca) and identify new opportunities for high-margin specialty products. • Meet defined sales KPIs for both packaged goods and bulk orders, ensuring a healthy product mix. • Design and implement seasonal discount schemes to boost volume during slow periods. • Collect and analyze customer feedback on taste, packaging, and price to provide actionable insights to the R&D and Production teams. • Lead the "Go-to-Market" strategy for new products, ensuring Sales and Production are aligned on timelines and volumes. • Maintain detailed records of marketing spend versus sales growth (ROI) and provide monthly progress reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field • 2–4 years in Marketing or Brand Management, preferably within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry • Strong eye for design, storytelling, and how to present food products attractively to consumers. • Fluent in communication; ability to present marketing concepts clearly to management and clients. • Ability to analyze sales data to determine which marketing activities are most effective. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with strong negotiation and persuasion skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
