
Job Description
-Manage team leaders & members to achieve sales targets.
- Lead agent teams through coaching, joint sales visits, and motivation.
- Oversee daily agent activities, campaigns, and contests.
- Track performance metrics (sales, persistency, activities ) and report insights.
- Build agent relationships, boost retention, and re-engage inactive members.
- Collaborate with teams for alignment.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage key accounts and foster long-term client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with client.
Requirements
- graduated with BBA or MBA
- 3-5 years of experience in agency management, sales leadership, or portfolio oversight.
- Strong communication, coaching, and data analysis skills.
- Proven ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and field tracking tools.
- Be able to travel in case for market extend.
