Manage vendor relationships and CRM-related tools and technologies.
Working with inside & outside parties to create joint promotion and marketing collaboration revolved around Rewards Application.
Works on all Centre Vendor Access & User Access.
Report Member Data Analyzes & Export Report.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership on CRM performance and customer insights.
Handling by Junction Rewards Materials list.
Handling issue from All Centre's regarding Junction Rewards errors.
Communication project issues and resolution.
Monitor customer journeys and optimize automated workflows (email, SMS, in-app notifications, etc.).
Payment Process Handling for Application.
Work together between Finance & Vendor for refund process.
Provide necessary services according to business needs.
Any other roles and tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager and Management.

Requirement
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field
Proficient in using Software and CRM
Event Creation and Planning for Members
Communication with Internal and External Vendors and Suppliers, Media Channels, Client Relationships, Adaptability, Research, Interpersonal Communication, Organization
Ecommerce, Manage the CRM Dashboard,
Good Reviewing and Reporting skill, Ecommerce, Manage the CRM Dashboard
Good interpersonal, organizational, communication skill with internal and external vendors and suppliers
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good verbal and written in English
