
Job Description
• Develop annual and quarterly brand marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and identity consistency
• Conduct market research: competitor analysis, customer insights, product trends
• Plan and oversee ATL, BTL, TTL campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance KPIs and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with Sales, Digital, Creative, Trade Marketing teams
• Manage marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency
• Lead and guide executives under the brand team
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and events
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, media partners
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in Brand/Marketing roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Good understanding of consumer behavior, branding, digital trends
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
