Maintenance Technician

• Troubleshoot basic maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions. • Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies. • Assist in monitoring all work performed by outside contractors. • Communicate and interact effectively with co-workers, managers, and subordinates. • Prepare maintenance reports and other job-related documentation. • Demonstrate knowledge of safe work practices.

• Must be under 30 years of age. • Any graduate or AGTI (MP) qualification preferred. • Preferably experienced in air conditioning, generator, and electrical maintenance. • Minimum of 2 years of full-time maintenance experience. • Ability to professionally represent the company. • Willingness to perform all required tasks. • Preferably experienced in air conditioning, generator, and electrical maintenance. • Able to work on-call and extended hours, including evenings and weekends
