Job Description
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
• Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transport)
• Coordinate with embassies, visa agencies, and travel service providers
• Prepare required documents for travel and visa submissions
• Organize meetings, events, and business trips
• Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Requirements
• Any graduated
• 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Skillful at these apps : Zoom, WhatsApp and other social media.
• Understand all the basics: email, scheduling, Calendar Bookings, Business travel arrangement etc.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
