Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination, hiring)
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
SSB, WCC, OT, FORM C and payroll calculation
Conduct onboarding and training programs for new employees
Support performance appraisal process
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Coordinate staff engagement activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Minimum (3-5) years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with HR software is a plus
