
Job Description
Working with HK Manager, help ensure the Hotel Service is run in an organized and efficient manner within a safe and clean environment.
Report to duty with full uniform on time
Every Morning 6:00 A.M switch of the light, Balcony & Corridor, Balcony Area pick up all Garbage
Guest room balcony need to check room service items and send to the pantry
Everyday attend to briefing 8:30 A.M sharp
In charge is given daily assignment sheet after briefing depend on situation
Prepared today all Arrival, Occupied room, Check Out room, Vacant room, Out Of Order room, according to assignment
Surrounding area garbage pick up and throw to garbage bin area as per producer
Every evening 6:00 P.M switch on the light balcony and corridor air-con switch off
Have to be proper knowledge about all chemical and attend to training if necessary
Turn down time check the extra bed. If different the Front Office and H.K report inform to H.K In charge and H.K Manager
Send to daily room status report and minibar report to Front Office
Received from Front Office Today in- House Guest List, tomorrow arrival and departure list
Prepared the trolley set up for tomorrow occupied and check out room
Well knowledge about Keys, Lost and Found producer
All defect found report to in charge immediately
Need to do daily special cleaning project as per Managers assignment
Need to be proper knowledge about the linens controlling systems
Take care of all equipment and Fixed Asset Items from Department
Have to do proper communication with necessary departments
Requirements
A high school educated
At least 2 years’ experience with related position in reputed city hotel or resort.
Have a good knowledge about linens controlling systems and Laundry Operation.
Extensive knowledge in chemical likes chlorine etc.
Basic computer skill
Able to communicate in English.
Able to remain on feet for long period of time.
