Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for recruitment and selection process by collecting,
summarizing, screening CVs by JD and JS, and submit the report to
Management Team
2. Handle for Government tasks – SSB, Income Tax, Employment Contracts for
internal and external as per HR policies and procedures
3. Collect daily attendance, leave, and absent, and report to Management
daily, weekly and monthly
4. Record and update employee database and personal files
5. Overall perform for Human Resource Management (HRM)
6. Assist in orientation and In-House training programs if necessary
7. Other HR tasks assigned by Management
Requirements
1. Holder in Bachelor Degree with HR diploma or certificates, and age above
28 years
2. Minimum 1 years of experiences in HR Executive position and 5 years in HR
field
3. Good communication, and problem-solving skills
4. Self-discipline, self-management and positive attitude to work
