
Job Description
-Lead recruitment and manpower planning activities.
-Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
-Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HSE standards.
-Administer compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
-Prepare HR reports and support management in workforce planning.
Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
-Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or Industrial sectors is preferred.
-Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and HR best practices.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
