- Recruitment process ကို ဦးဆောင်စီမံခြင်း Employee relations နှင့် disciplinary cases များကို ကိုင်တွယ်ခြင်း
- Payroll နှင့် HR administration များကို စောင် ်ကြည ့်ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း
- Performance appraisal နှင့် KPI system များကို စီမံခြင်း
- HR policies နှင့် labor law ကို လိုက်နာစေခြင်း
- HR functions အားလုံးကို နားလည်သူ
