(Salary – 400000 to 450000(Nego) + TA + Attendance Bonus)
Job Summary:
- Post job vacancy announcements on social media platforms and recruitment websites.
- Source and collect CVs to fill vacant positions by liaising and negotiating with recruitment agencies and online recruiters.
- Screen, collect, and organize CVs received from various recruitment sources.
- Issue and explain HR manuals, forms, and related HR procedures to employees and candidates.
- Review completed HR forms and ensure all required supporting documents are properly attached.
- Maintain and manage HR documents according to established filing systems, file names, and categories.
- Create, update, and maintain employee profiles by collecting and attaching required documents in line with employment registration procedures.
- Support and complete employment registration processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with and complete new employee onboarding processes.
- Support employee confirmation (EC) processes and update related records as required.
- Prepare and issue staff ID cards for both probationary and permanent employees.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate interview arrangements with relevant stakeholders.
- Arrange staff examinations and training sessions according to schedules by coordinating with relevant parties, and collect, record, and maintain results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- HR-related certificate is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and basic HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.
