Group of Global Sourcing Executive (Automotive)

*Job Summary* Responsible for sourcing and purchasing car machine promotion items, automotive spare parts, and car accessories from overseas suppliers. Manage supplier communication, price negotiation, shipment coordination, and ensure timely delivery with cost-effective purchasing strategies. *Key Responsibilities* • Source automotive products, car spare parts, accessories, and promotional items from overseas markets. • Identify reliable international suppliers and maintain long-term business relationships. • Request quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate cost, MOQ, lead time, and payment terms. • Coordinate import processes, shipping schedules, and logistics arrangements. • Monitor market trends, new automotive products, and competitor pricing. • Ensure product quality and specifications meet company requirements. • Prepare purchase orders, sourcing reports, and cost analysis documents. • Communicate closely with warehouse, sales, and finance departments. • Handle overseas supplier correspondence via email, online meetings, and business platforms. • Manage shipment tracking and follow up on delivery status. • Resolve supplier or shipment-related issues effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Trade, Supply Chain, Automotive, or related field. • Minimum 4 years’ experience in global sourcing, overseas purchasing, or automotive industry. • Strong knowledge of car spare parts and car accessories. • Good negotiation and communication skills. • Able to communicate effectively in English (Chinese language is an advantage). • Familiar with import/export procedures and international trade documentation. • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Email). • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Experience working with China, Thailand, Korea, or international automotive suppliers. • Knowledge of Alibaba, Made-in-China, or global sourcing platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Team-oriented with good interpersonal communication.
