Requirements
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media, or related field preferred.
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media, creative design, content marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in both graphic design and video editing required.
• Experience working with consumer-facing brands, digital platforms, startups, or technology companies preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong working proficiency in:
Design:
• Canva
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
Video:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• CapCut
• Other professional editing tools
Social Media:
• Meta Business Suite
• Social media scheduling tools
• Analytics tools
Additional:
• Photography and videography knowledge is an advantage
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills preferred
Language Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Burmese
