Handle complaints & disciplinary actions Ensure Labour Law & policy compliance Conduct investigations & prepare documentation
Coordinate with Labour Office Support employee engagement Maintain records & reports
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (HR/Business/Law) Minimum 3-5 years ER/HR experience Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law
Good communication & conflict resolution skills
Handle confidential matters professionally
