Job Description
- Assist in daily finance and accounting operations.
- Handle bank transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals.
- Prepare and process payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
- Maintain proper filing systems and documentation for financial records.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and verify financial transactions.
- Record expenses and payments accurately in financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
- Coordinate with banks and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Perform data entry and maintain financial records using spreadsheets.
- Carry out other finance-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Must be a university graduate or currently attending university.
- LCCI Level I and II certification is required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in finance, or cashier-related roles.
- Experience in cash handling and cash arrangement is required.
- Previous cashier experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
