Factory Manager

 Factory operations အား စီမံခန့်ခွဲပြီး production, quality control, warehouse, logistics, and safety စသည်တို့ကို လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အတိုင်း စနစ်တကျ စီမံခြင်း။  Production targets, schedules, and budgets များကို လိုက်နာပြီး factory efficiency အမြင့်ဆုံး ရရှိစေရန် အစီအစဉ်ချမှတ်ခြင်း။  Staff management – department heads, supervisors and factory workers များအား training, supervision, performance evaluation လုပ်ခြင်း။  Quality standards နှင့် safety regulations များကို လိုက်နာစေရန် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။  Materials, inventory, and equipment management ကို စနစ်တကျ ပြုလုပ်ပြီး production workflow ကို စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်အမြင့်ဆုံး ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။

 Iron & Steel factory သို့မဟုတ် heavy industry လုပ်ငန်းတွင် Factory Manager / Production Manager အဖြစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။  Production planning, team management, budgeting, and quality control နားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။  Leadership skill ကောင်းပြီး decision-making နှင့် problem-solving skill မြင့်မားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။  Factory safety standards, occupational health and environmental regulations နားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။  အသက် (30)နှစ် မှ (60)နှစ် အတွင်း  လစာ - ညှိနှိုင်း
