Chief Accountant

Salary : 15 lakhs to 20 lakhs* Working Hours : 9:00 Am to 5:00 Pm Off Days : Sun + Public Holidays Industry : Construction Company Location : North Dagon Township *Job Responsibilities* * Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and payroll * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports * Monitor project costing, budgeting, and cost control for construction projects * Maintain compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies * Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities

*Qualifications & Requirements* - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage - Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience (construction industry preferred)
