Asst: Warehouse-Manager

• Manage Inbound & Outbound operation. • Manage inventory control and quality assurance, productivity. • Motivate, organize, and discipline staff • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of stock items. • Inspect, maintain, and manage warehouse equipment. • Keep detailed records of warehouse activities • Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment • Control and Manage stock accuracy level by conduction physical count, reconciling with recorded confirmed data. • Space planning and maintain warehouse layout against product nature and inbound shipment. Resource planning, controlling and maintain the (manpower, MHE, vehicle, forklift, ect…) in order to smooth and efficient operation according to the preventive and corrective action. • Regularly train and coach the warehouse staff for Warehouse safety, fire safety training and Warehouse policy & procedure. • Monitor and perform warehouse maintenance and housekeeping. • Monitor and control the warehouse expense. • Maintain good communication and relation with internal and external (client, 3pl logistics, outsource labor)

• Any graduated or B.Sc (Chemistry), B.Sc (Industrial Chemistry) more preferred • Must have Chemical Product Knowledge • At least (4)years’ experience in Warehousing Management field. • Able to use Microsoft Office Package (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) • Able to perform inventory control, inventory management such as loading and dispatching. • Able to identify the efficient storage of raw materials, preforms and closures . • Excellent leadership and team Management Skills. • Effective communication and Interpersonal skills.
