Job Description
--Supervise and monitor 7 branch operations
-Follow up daily/weekly sales performance
-Control stock movement and product availability
-Support branch staff management and performance
-Ensure company SOP and operational compliance
-Coordinate promotions and sales activities
-Analyze branch reports and improve productivity
-Support branch expansion and operational improvements
Requirements
-Must be a graduate (Bachelor’s degree holder)
-Minimum 2 years and above experience in retail sales or branch operations
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Good communication and reporting skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-Able to travel for branch visits
