Job Description
• Team Supervision: Lead, train, and manage the daily schedules of the Activation Team (Promoters/Supervisors). Ensure the team hits their KPIs during market visits and events.
• Event Execution: Plan and execute brand activations, trade events, and consumer engagement activities. Lead and handle on the ground to solve immediate problems and ensure the setup quality meets the brand’s direction.
• Visual Control: Utilize your design background to inspect stage setups, booths, and POS materials produced by suppliers, ensuring they meet the brand’s role.
• Payment Processing: Prepare, verify, and process all "Payment Invoices," "Contract Agreements," and vendor payments on time.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor the spending of activation budgets to ensure no overspending occurs. Liaise with the Finance department to clear all advance payments and settlements. 3. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
• Supplier Management: Lead and coordinate with the in-house team or third-party suppliers for logistics and setup. Ensure vendors and suppliers deliver according to the agreed timeline and quality.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to align execution schedules with sales routes and priority market areas.
