• Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT systems, ensuring they function effectively and efficiently. • Provide guidance and direct support to users and staff in resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. • Manage the installation, maintenance, monitoring, and upgrading of hardware and software across the organization. • Well experience in Multi WAN infrastructure, Vlan, Backup, Cloud, On premise, • Implement and uphold procedures to ensure the security and integrity of company data and digital assets. • Supervise and mentor junior IT staff, assisting in their training and performance evaluations. • Liaise with external IT vendors for services, hardware maintenance, and software licenses. • Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices. • Monitor system performance and generate reports on IT infrastructure and issues for senior management. • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals. • Customer oriented and welling to technical support. • Willing to visit to the site frequently.
