
Job Description
Assistant Executive Housekeeper supervises and coordinates activities of room attendant, house attendant, public area cleaners and floor supervisors. He / She assists in the managing and directing of the day–to–day operations of all Housekeeping and laundry functions. Participates in and enforces quality assurance for Housekeeping Department and department cost control measures
Mainly to assist to the Executive Housekeeper supervises and coordinates activities of room attendant, public area cleaner, floor supervisors and Laundry operations.
Ensure all room and public area are cleaned as per Company standard including pest eradication activities.
Assist to Ex Housekeeper to make annual Housekeeping budget and control the cost.
Maintain stock ordering par stock of guest supplies cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
Assist to organize inventories, linen, uniform and fix assets.
Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures, prepare reports for Ex Housekeeper.
Attending and resolving guest complaints, plan control and supervise Horticultural activities.
Assist to Organize on the job training and evaluate its effectiveness and approval the functional manual of the Dept.
Daily inspection of all concern area and any defect report to Ex Housekeeper.
Coordinating the preventive maintenance schedule of room and public area.
Make daily room assign for attendant and check all Vacant, Occupied, Arrival rooms and turndown service.
Immediately attending to the guest request and handling any guest complain.
Be environmentally friendly, reduce waste, tricycle when possible and reuse whenever applicable.
Be aware some knowledge any kind of safety rule and emergency situation.
Provide other duties and services assigned by Ex Housekeeper, General Manager, Resident Manager, and Operation Manager.
Overall responsible for Housekeeping Dept. controlling proper training, handling the key and lost & found System.
Co-coordinating with all necessary Dept. to be smooth operation routine.
Highly responsible and reliable and also ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues.
Requirements
Degree or higher diploma in Hotel Management or any other educational equivalent qualifications.
Knowledge of Housekeeping, laundry operation
Adequate knowledge of personalized services principles and processes
Familiarity with industry’s latest trends.
Good in MS Word, Excel.
Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience in a supervisory capacity
2 Years line level experience in all respect of the Housekeeping department
Hands on experience with guests all housekeeping activities.
Strong leadership abilities and organization skills, think out of the box and able to drive change and look for operation efficiencies.
