• M.E, B.E, AGTI (Electrical) • Strong knowledge of M&E services, Building maintenance and ELV systems and F&B service (Kitchen ware) • 3-4 years’ experience in leading and managing role in property management industry • Handle purchasing electrical equipment and coordinate with office • Assign duty roaster and shifts for other engineering staff • Able to go to site inspections
