Job Description
• Content Creation & Publishing: Handle the content Strategy—from copywriting and visual coordination to scheduling and posting on Facebook and social apps. Ensure all content complies with internal brand guidelines and industry regulations.
• Customer Journey Optimization: Manage the end-to-end user journey for the digital Channel, ensuring high traffic rates and brand awareness through effective budget management.
• Community Engagement: Monitor comments, direct messages, and community groups, engaging with consumers in real-time to build brand loyalty.
• Visual Consistency: Work directly with the Brand Graphic Designer to ensure all digital visuals are premium and consistent.
• Direct Channel Management: Lead the content strategy for private channels (Telegram, Viber, End-to-End Communication).
• Agency & Vendor Management: Manage external agencies & vendors to ensure delivery on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with the brand’s direction.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor page insights, engagement rates, and audience feedback manually to report weekly progress to the Head of Marketing.
• Cost Optimization: Monitor digital spending efficiency. Analyze data to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost while maximizing the Lifetime Value of existing consumers.
• Competitor Watch: Keep a close watch on competitor activities on social platforms and market trends to propose timely counterstrategies.
• O2O Execution: Connect between Online and Offline efforts. Convert offline trade promotions and activation campaigns into the digital channel.
• Execution Support: Support the Head of Marketing in implementing on-ground activities as needed, using cross-functional collaboration to ensure marketing goals are met across all channels.
