• Organizing and formatting data, as well as generating spreadsheets in MS Excel
• Reviewing and double-checking the inputted data
• Excellent typing skills with accuracy
• Basic computer operating skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Update and maintain data daily
• Collaborate with team members
• Maintain data records on MS Excel
• Day to day check and entry data relating to the ERP software
• Accurately enter company data (e.g., product data, vendor/customer information) into various systems such as databases, ERP, and software
• Assist in preparing simple raw data, summaries based on data collected
