Architect

Job Description Understand to local design codes and regulations. ▪ Propose and Develop design for under total area 10,000 sqft of low-rise building and simple project. ▪ Produce Drawings of Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Submission, Tender, Construction and Marketing Materials. ▪ Assist, prepare and propose Material Specification, Area Calculation. ▪ Assist and manage site visit, Site Inspection, Coordination, Meeting Presentation, Material selections and documentation.

Requirement B. Arch, B. Tech (Architecture) ▪ 2 years’ experience in related field (B. Arch) ▪ 4 years’ experience in related field (B. Tech) ▪ Knowledge in - Space Planning, Local codes and regulations, Design principles ▪ Microsoft Office, CAD, Revit, Sketch up and any related software for Architecture ▪ Good in English, Good in Drafting ▪ Good in Coordination
