Job Description
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and materials to ensure adequate stock levels
- Maintain and control company assets with proper records
- Oversee vehicle management, including scheduling, monitoring usage, and compliance
- Coordinate vehicle repair, servicing, and general maintenance
- Arrange transportation for employees, visitors, and company activities
- Plan, arrange, and complete company events, meetings, and internal activities
- Control and monitor administrative expenses according to approved budgets
- Prepare administrative expense reports and support budget planning
- Handle general office management, including facilities, vendors, and service providers
- Manage daily administrative tasks and fulfill employee operational requirements
- Handle government relations, including liaison with relevant authorities, licenses, permits, and compliance matters
- Ensure administrative policies and procedures are properly implemented
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Admin, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in administrative, office management, or facilities roles
- Strong coordination, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage budgets and administrative costs effectively
- Experience in event coordination and external stakeholder communication
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
