Job Description
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle day-to-day office, assist in preparing presentations and reports for management meetings.
• Vehicle, Car Ways planning and management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
• Check and follow up the admin related financial invoices and payments daily and weekly
• Overall Building facilities management and control, daily operation work
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
• Oversee daily office operations including office supplies, utilities, housekeeping, and maintenance services.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement of office materials, equipment, and facility services.
• Prepare and submit regular reports related to administrative expenses, office stock, and asset management.
• Maintain accurate records of administrative expenses, vendor contracts, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, renewals for office equipment and infrastructure.
• Manage the Fuel Consumption and Maintenance Recording process & Fuel Logbook
• Support HR in administrative tasks like joining formalities, ID card issuance, and document management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and good time management skills.
