- Calculate car rental fees and give rental fees to car driver
- Check & calculate car OT charges and give OT charges to car driver
- To do daily ferry lists for required departments
- To arrange the car ferry for event and employees’ over time.
- Doing car summary list submit to supervisor.
- Doing car oil charges list submit to supervisor.
- Doing car hiring list submit to supervisor.
- Daily round checks the building maintenance.
- Checking for cleaning car and Car Driver.
- Checking the company car whether it require repairing or not and liaise with car workshop for car repair and necessary support.
- To do the cost control of car rental fees and oil expense.
- To carry out according to the management ’instruction.
- Other administration tasks will be assigned by Admin Manager.
Requirements
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related admin fields especially in transport & vehicles management.
- Able to keep the documents properly.
- Must have good communication skills to all level of staff.
- Must be proficient in computer MS (Word, Excel) and Email.
- Must have problem solving skills.
- Able to work overtime depends on timeline and requirement.
- Able to work at Ahlone Township.
- Able to travel if needed.
