Job Description

- Record daily administrative expenses accurately and timely - Compute and verify administrative expenses and daily cost transactions - Monitor and arrange daily administrative expense payments - Prepare and conduct weekly administrative budget planning - Prepare administrative expense reports and budget summaries - Support cost control and ensure expenses align with approved budgets - Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and review purposes

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. - Minimum 2 years of experience. - Proficient in computer skills with Microsoft Office tools. - Advance level in Microsoft Excel. - Good communication skills and presentation skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
