Key Responsibilities
• Poster & Sticker Installation: Execute the deployment of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) such as posters, stickers, and wobblers at designated retail outlets, tea shops, and partner venues. Ensure materials are placed in high-visibility areas as instructed.
• Maintenance: Regularly check and replace damaged or old marketing materials during market visits to keep the brand image fresh and premium.
• Loading & Unloading: Take responsibility for the physical handling, loading, and unloading of event equipment, booths, stocks, and gifts before and after events.
• Setup Support: Assist the team in setting up event booths, stages, and display areas. Ensure all structures are safe, clean, and ready for operation.
• Activation Assistance: Actively support the Sales and Promotion team during events by managing stock replenishment, handling customer queues, and assisting in direct sales transactions when required.
• Crowd Management: Help manage the flow of consumers during busy activation periods to ensure a smooth brand experience.
• Consumer Surveys: Collect on-ground surveys with adult consumers using provided questionnaires to gather feedback on product taste, packaging, and brand preference.
• Competitor Intel: Observe and record competitor activities, pricing, and new promotions in the market, reporting findings back to the Manager.
