Key Responsibilities:
• Observe lessons and provide structured academic feedback
• Support teacher development and Cambridge exam readiness
• Monitor lesson planning, assessment, and learner progress
• Maintain academic standards in line with Cambridge frameworks
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of English teaching experience
• Strong understanding of Cambridge curriculum and assessment
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience in academic supervision or coordination preferred
