Job Description
Take a lead role in the sales process, from initial customers engagement to deal closure.
Identify and target potential customers through market research, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
To visit outlets according to PJP assigned to ensure excellent merchandising & visibility.
Build strong customers relationships through effective communication and evaluate customers’ needs.
Coordinate with distributors and customers to ensure product availability with healthy stock level.
Generate regular reports on sales performance to achieve monthly & yearly target.
Building and maintaining company’s good reputation through excellent sales and marketing practices.
Perform any other related duties assigned by reporting manager.
*Sud-D: Able to travel Lower Myanmar Region to develop sales leading sub-d channel.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree , Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG Field.
Excellent sales discipline and able to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills.
Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, Power Point).
